Alaye at 20, Senator Adeola Reiterates Commitment to Uncommon Representation at the Senate (Kehinde Akinlade)


The Senator-elect of Ogun West, Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi has reiterated his committment to giving Ogun West quality and uncommon representation at the red chamber of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 

Speaking through Dr. Isiaq Kunle Salako, Director General, Yayi Campaign Organization (YAYICO) at the 20th Coronation Anniversary of Alaye of Ayetoro, His Royal Highness, Oba Abdulazeez Ishola Adelakun (Akinola II), which he co-hosted, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi appreciated the good people of Ayetoro for their support in the last general elections that saw him emerged the Senator-elect of Ogun West. 

Senator Adeola assured the people of Ayetoro that the growth and development of the important Yewa city will continue to be paramount in his mind promising to do all within his power to aid the development of Ayetoro. The Senator described Ayetoro as a commonwealth of Yewaland, a conglomeration of many Yewa settlements situated over a 100 years ago that has become a melting pot and a measure of progress and development in Yewaland. 

The lawmaker whose impact is evident in Ayetoro in terms of provision of transformers, facilitation of computer education and provision of laptops, renovation Alaye of Ayetoro palace, the electrification of Ayetoro campus of Olabisi Onabanjo University, facilitation of solar street lights to mention few, promised to do more after the inauguration of the 10th Senate. 

Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi congratulated the good people of Ayetoro, the Chiefs, Baales and the Alaye of Ayetoro on the occasion of the 20th Coronation Anniversary, he prayed for good health, long peaceful and progressive reign for the traditional ruler. 

The Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, Oba Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle MFR, led other royal fathers to the event which was also attended by Hon. Suraj Adekunbi, former Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Mrs Bukola Omoyayi, Vice Chairman, Yewa North Local Government Area, Chief Mrs Yemisi Abass, Iyaloja, President, Market Men and Women Association of Ogun State to mention few.
